A Southern California native, Courtney graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with a BA in Film Production and French. She earned her stripes as a producer of television commercials and as a Hollywood studio executive. After completing her third home renovation, her real estate agent urged her to consider a new career. She was invited to join the prestigious firm of Nourmand & Associates, and quickly became one of their most productive and well-respected agents. Courtney is a classically trained pianist, a lover of architecture/design and a self-proclaimed foodie. Kurt grew up in Davis, California and attended the University of Oregon where he studied Rhetoric and Communications. He started his real estate career in West Seattle, where he was the top-selling realtor for the better part of a decade. After taking a two-year sabbatical to travel the world with his brother, Kurt landed in Los Angeles and has been practicing real estate ever since. He brings the life lessons he learned around the globe to his career and will always keep his priorities straight.
